Tai Ceredigion and Mid Wales Housing are currently working in partnership to procure a new HR/Payroll system. Both organisation have a group structure, with 5 separate entities employing in total over 300 employees. We would be interested in suppliers that can offer a fully integrated HR/Payroll system or a HR system that can integrate easy with another payroll system. Minimum requirements: — core HR module, — workflow, — payroll, — timesheet, — recruitment, — auto enrolment, — mobile applications, — self service, — learning and development.
