School cleaning services

Tender description

Create Partnership Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of a cleaning service for 4 schools: Brookfields Primary School, Conway Primary School, Greet Primary School and Hodge Hill Primary School. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the possibility to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods. TUPE is expected to apply and all relevant information is included within the tender documents. Brookfields is a 2 form entry school based on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre. Conway is a 2-form entry school with 472 pupils on roll, including part-time Nursery. Greet Primary is one of the founding schools of Create Partnership Trust. Greet has grown to 4-form entry with 918 pupils on roll including part-time Nursery. Hodge Hill Primary joined Create Partnership Trust in January 2017 as a sponsored school. The school is growing and is a full 4-form entry with 840 pupils on roll.
