Taunton Deane Borough Council seeks to appoint a suitable and competent contractor to undertake all required building works for the Outer Circle project, prescribed within this tender documentation and in accordance with the standard JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2016 Edition. Generally the works comprise the renovation and refurbishment of an existing semi-detached dwelling to create 4 no. emergency accommodation bedsits. Includes complete strip out and replacement of existing services, various amendments to walls, blocking up of existing doors and installation of new entry doors.
