Tender description

The intended works is to carry out repairs and replacements over the full roof area of the Spa Complex in order to eradicate leaks and provide a long term solution. In recent years there have been several areas of roofs and terraces that have failed and allowed water to ingress the building causing internal damage. The works will entail some wholesale replacement of roof structures and finishes, overlaying of existing finishes with modern synthetic coatings and the overhauling and repairing of existing structures and finishes. The location of the works is the Scarborough Spa, South Bay, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO11 2HD.
