Tender description

The education Authority wish to carry out pre-market engagement with interested suppliers to investigate the current market capabilities and gain knowledge about existing equipment and future technologies which will assist the tender panel with the development of the tender documentation. This will ensure existing and future requirements are met. This event will also provide procurement awareness for suppliers of this type of equipment. The categories we envisage this tender will cover are: — data projection equipment, — television equipment, — audio equipment, — photography equipment. It will not cover interactive panels, interactive whiteboards or non-electrical visual equipment. The Education Authority wish to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning (where applicable) of electrical audio visual equipment and photography equipment for educational establishments, particularly schools, in Northern Ireland.
