Tender description
To provide parents/carers with the required flexibility and choice in relation to “Funding follows the Child” published by the Scottish Government on 18.12.2018, West Lothian Council intend holding a suppliers event to describe a forthcoming procurement opportunity. The Scottish Government and West Lothian Council are committed to additional investment in early learning and childcare (ELC) to increase the funded entitlement from 600 to 1 140 hours per year from August 2020. This applies to all 3 and 4 years olds as well as eligible 2 years old. To learn more about a forthcoming procurement opportunity, prospective bidders are invited to attend a Supplier Information Event. Those organisations interested in attending should confirm by notifying the Corporate Procurement Unit — CPU.CPU@westlothian.gov.uk
