Invitation to Quote: Local Air Quality Management Services For two Air Quality monitoring stations Contract 1) Local Site Operator (LSO) & Calibration, Contract 2) Equipment Support Unit (ESU) Repair & Maintenance The contracts involve the management of associated services for two (x2) air quality monitoring stations within the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) A full specification, outline criteria for assessment and additional documents such as terms and conditions are contained within this quote pack. Duration of the contract will be 3 years; with an extension capacity for a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council. Applicants are welcomed to provide bids for both contracts. Submitted bids to be furnished separately to enable the quotes to be evaluated separately. Successful bidders will only be awarded one of the contracts. In the event one bidder is scored highest in both bids, the bidder will be offered the opportunity to select which contract they wish to accept, and the rejected contract will be awarded to the second highest bidder. Bids must fully address all elements of the specification and the terms and conditions of the contracts which are not negotiable. The awarded contract is to commence 1st April 2019. Bid submission closing date will be the 24th March 2019, 23:59 Any questions regarding the tender pack should be addressed through the portal in the messaging section (deadline 3rd March 2019).
