Tender description

To provide a wide range of legal services to both CMAL and HIal. Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd wishes to engage a legal services provider for services to Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL), Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL), Dundee Airport Ltd (DAL) and Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) (the Companies). Note: CMAL is acting on behalf of Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) and Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL) and Dundee Airport Ltd (DAL) and Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) for this exercise and any subsequent contract placed. All provisions agreed at Schedules 2, 3 and 4 will apply to any contract placed and will supersede any other terms for the provision of this service.
