Curo wish to engage a single provider to support their 9 year Property Component Replacement Programme. The Programme is for the provision and install of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and roof replacements across Curo asset stock. Full detail of the programme requirement will be issued with the invitation to tender. Curo is a not-for-profit housing and support organisation based in Bath, managing over 13 000 homes in Bath, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Somerset and surrounding areas. Curo will be tendering for a single contractor to partner with their in-house team to deliver their Home Improvement Programme, commencing April 2020. The programme consists of replacements of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and roof replacements. Volumes to be delivered by the external partner are as follows: — component 2020 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025 2026 2027 2028, — kitchens 155 207 207 207 306 306 306 306 306, — bathroom 63 101 111 111 212 212 212 212 212, — windows 112 229 229 229 418 418 418 418 418, — doors (per door) 140 180 180 180 512 512 512 512 512.
