IDA mapping, surveying and conveyancing resource 2018

Tender description

This contract was awarded to O'Brien Prendergast & Associates Ltd. IDA has a requirement to appoint a mapping, surveying and conveyancing resource by way of consultancy appointment for a 24 month fixed term contract to support Property Division in boundary surveys, preparation of site master planning, developing of marketing site options and proposals, and related client requirements and ensure that all legal documentation is correct when issued to IDA legal department for all leases, licenses, options, wayleaves, rights of way etc. The appointment is on a full time basis and will be awarded for a 24 month period, with the option to extend by a further 6 months, at IDA’s discretion. The nominated resource will be based at the offices of the IDA Ireland Property Division in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.
