his tender exercise is being undertaken to identify suitably qualified and experienced Consultants which can take the form of a multi-disciplinary practice; a team or "consortium" of independent practices working together. The project requires the completion of a full structural appraisal of the Ice Factory and Pontoon, and to use this to: • Create a report on the buildings' condition. • Produce a traffic light schedule of works (urgent, medium and long term) including costings, • Provide a suggested programme of maintenance for the next 5 years. The project is jointly commissioned by North East Lincolnshire Council and the Great Grimsby Ice Factory Trust.
