Tender description

The Communications Directorate at the Department for Education required services to deliver qualitative research with families of children aged 0-5, with an emphasis on lower socioeconomic groups, and other key audiences. The focus on the research is a number of candidate proposition statements, for a new communications campaign to encourage families to build a more positive home learning environment, through activities such as chatting, reading and playing with their children.
