Pre-market engagement for the procurement of the HCC Adult's Health and Care, New Social Care Solution. As part of the process, we are looking to engage with providers who would be interested in delivering this service, and/or have experience of delivering similar services. All communication should be via the Correspondence function on the project. As part of pre-market engagement, HCC is notifying potential suppliers of social care solutions, to register interest via the In-Tend portal (see short description) to receive information, and provide comment, prior to the release of a call for competition. Engagement will be restricted to: (a) the provision of documentation; (b) a clarification process through In-Tend, planned between Monday 4.3.2019 and Friday 15.3.2019; and (c) completion and submission of responses by Friday 22.3.2019 (dates may change solely at HCC’s discretion with notification through In-Tend). This pre-market engagement is designed to assist HCC in its approach and creation of documentation to accompany any subsequent call for competition.
