Tender description

Wiltshire Council is seeking a provider/s for care and support for people with learning disabilities in Supported Living accommodation to work in partnership with following the transfer of a current package. One provision is in Salisbury the other is in Trowbridge. The customers are adults (18 years of age and older) with learning disabilities. Some may also have additional difficulties and a range of support needs. This may include (but not limited to) people with complex health and support needs, behaviours which challenge services, autism and physical disabilities. The Council is looking to award contracts for a 1 year period (with a possible extension of a further one year)during which time the development of the market will be reviewed.
