Tender description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (Tower Hamlets) would like to invite organisations to bid via a competitive tender to become accepted providers of the Tower Hamlets Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Framework. Providers successfully being accepted onto the framework will provide accommodation and support to both Looked After Children and Care Leavers (16+). Placements will support children and young people to achieve independence by increasing their life skills, promoting health and wellbeing and securing the safety of children and young people in their care. Framework providers will, through their practise promote placement stability and continuity for children and young people to achieve their goals and aspirations in a safe and secure environment. A supplier briefing will take place on Monday 18.3.2019 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please contact Ikwi.Mkparu@towerhamlets.gov.uk for further information and to register for the event by Monday 11.3.2019. Accommodation and support delivered to those exhibiting high and complex needs. Service must be staffed 24/7. For each lot a maximum of 10 providers will be accepted on the framework. A minimum quality of 30 % out of the 40 % allocated to quality must be achieved, therefore there is potential that a provider will meet the minimum criteria but not be accepted onto the framework if their cumulative score is not within the top 10 ranking scores for the specific lot. Lot 2: Accommodation and Support delivered to those with medium level of support needs. For each lot a maximum of 10 providers will be accepted on the framework. A minimum quality of 30 % out of the 40 % allocated to quality must be achieved, therefore there is potential that a provider will meet the minimum criteria but not be accepted onto the framework if their cumulative score is not within the top 10 ranking scores for the specific lot. Lot 3: Accommodation and Support delivered to Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children. For each Lot a maximum of 10 providers will be accepted on the framework. A minimum quality of 30 % out of the 40 % allocated to quality must be achieved, therefore there is potential that a provider will meet the minimum criteria but not be accepted onto the framework if their cumulative score is not within the top 10 ranking scores for the specific lot.
