Tender description

This specification is for the provision of a county wide grounds maintenance contract serving schools, academies and colleges. The Council requires the contractor to provide an effective and efficient grounds maintenance service. All border and ornamental areas, hedges, and environmental areas are to be maintained in keeping with the site so that they are aesthetically pleasing. All playing fields facilities are to be maintained so that the customer can obtain maximum use in accordance with the Specification and deliver the curriculum in full. The contract is for a 3 year period with the option of 2, 2 x 2-year extensions subject to performance.
