Golding Homes Grounds Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Golding Homes is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of grounds maintenance services across its property and estates portfolio. The services will be provided under a JCT Contract for an initial period of three years with the option to extend by up to a further two years. Golding Homes is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to appoint a single service provider to deliver the services. Under the first stage of the process, prospective service providers should complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted Selection Questionnaires, Golding Homes anticipates short listing a maximum of 6 service providers to be Invited to Tender under the second stage of the procedure. Golding Homes reserves the right to increase or decrease this by 1 or 2 if scores are closely placed around the cut off point.
