Appointment of a consultant to -develop the bank of interview questions for competency based interviewing, -design & facilitate familiarisation sessions for staff on undergoing competency based interviews, -design and facilitate training sessions for managers on leading competency based interviews, -train the HR team on how to design alternative selection exercises to complement competency based interviews that are based around the behavioural framework plus remote consultancy support for a prescribed period of time, and to design and facilitate training for the team and a group of managers on how to assess selection exercises against the behavioural framework.
