Church Walk, Pershore Toilet Block Replacement

Wychavon District Council is inviting tenders for the replacement of the toilet block located in Church Walk, Pershore. The new toilet block will consist of ladies and gentleman's toilets and a Changing Places toilet which offer facilities for residents with severe disabilities who need specialist equipment which are not available in regular disabled facilities. The existing Toilet block is a modular toilet block and this needs to be removed and a the new block will be made up of brick and block work with the corners having natural stone Quoin stones up to the roof. The Council is currently applying for planning consent for the new replacement block. The project will commence on 2nd September 2019 and must be completed by 31st December 2019 The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
