Tender description
Who Speclialist Work With The specialist will work closely with stakeholders from a number of JFC ISS teams: Design & Architecture, Service Management, Accreditors, Networks Infrastructure and specific Project Teams. Due to the nature of the work a requirement to limit the "need to know" to as small a number of personnel as necessary, the specialist must be proficient in the broadest range of disciplines, although more than one individual within the resource may be acceptable. What Specialists Work On a) Physical Security: advice to project teams on compliance with HMG standards for accommodation, including CT, classified material and special handling. Ad Hoc advice to SAC on JSP 440 requirements as arising from incidents, investigations and risk assessments. b) Cyber Security & IA advice to project teams, and general support to the SAC function. This includes preparation, review and amendment of typical accreditation documentation, risk management documentation. Participation in Security Working Groups. c) Business Continuity & resilience advice to project teams in relation to live service management & in response to incidents and exercises. Where the Work Takes Place MOD Corsham, Westwells Road with frequent travel to other locations in Wiltshire, Berkshire, Bristol and London as required. Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements 200 days using resource as required Could be 5 days a week during busy periods however this may vary dependent on workload. Security Clearance DV UK National Additional T&Cs DCCP/Defcon 158-03 IR35166 applies Skills & Experience CCP SIRA Chartered Security Professional (or CPNI Registered Security & Engineering Specialist) CBCI (or MBCI) Experience and familiarity with MOD AS networked systems Knowledge and application of US Cyber Security Frameworks to Defence projects Nice to Haves NCSC CHECK service provider ISO 27001 certified ISO 9001 certified No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria Be transparent and collaborative when making decisions.
