Tender description

Woking Borough Council (WBC) is seeking to procure Car Park Management Systems to include the latest technology for the provision of first class customer service for the operation of over 4 000 parking spaces in Woking Town Centre. The contracting authority wishes to select a preferred bidder through a competitive dialogue procedure to procure a Car Park Management Systems to include the latest technology for the provision of first class customer service for the operation of over 4 000 parking spaces in Woking Town Centre. The preferred bidder is expected to have proposed a credible solution to address the contracting authority's requirements. It is anticipated that the contracting authority and preferred bidder shall enter into a conditional agreement conferring a period of exclusivity on the preferred bidder to conclude any remaining site assembly and necessary consents exercises before installation and implementation.
