Tender description

Plymouth City Council is inviting tenders for the box concession tender for the provision of catering services. Lot 1: operating, sales, marketing and business development of the bistro bar and takeaway kiosks at the Box, Plymouth; procure and carry out works for every aspect of the kitchen fit-out process; procure and carry out works for every aspect of the agreed bistro bar interior design scheme. Lot 2: provision, sales, marketing and business development of all venue hire catering at The Box, Plymouth. Lot 3: all catering business at the box, Plymouth — i.e. lot 1 (operating, sales, marketing and business development of the bistro bar and takeaway kiosks; procure and carry out works for every aspect of the kitchen fit-out process; procure and carry out works for every aspect of the agreed bistro bar interior design scheme), and lot 2 (provision, sales, marketing and business development of all venue hire catering).
