Tender description

Suppliers are invited to apply for inclusion within a Select List to develop Business Cases, Economic Appraisals, Feasibility Studies, Public Consultations and Post Project Evaluations, etc. for Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for a 2-year period with the option to extend for a further 2 additional 12-month periods at the sole discretion of Council. This opportunity is being provided as a series of 5 Lots, as identified below and each potential supplier is free to apply for inclusion in just one Lot or in all 5 Lots. However for each Lot in which a supplier wishes to be considered, a separate Appendix 1, Appendix 2 and Appendix 3 must be completed for each Lot and clearly identified as to which Lot is being applied for. — Lot 1 — Feasibility Studies, Concept Development and Project Initiation Documents, — Lot 2 — Options Appraisals, Business Cases and Economic Appraisals (projects ≤ 10 000 000 GBP), — Lot 3 — Outline Business Cases and Economic Appraisals (projects ˃ 10 000 000 GBP).
