Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the supply of cleaning equipment, including mops, buckets, cloths, scour pads, brooms, brushes, floor pads (cased or palletised into warehouses only). Those Authorities using this Framework from the onset are Hampshire County Council and Hertfordshire County Council. Other public bodies may have access to this Agreement but may only do so with the agreement of the Contracting Authority. The framework will commence on 1.6.2019 and will be for a period of 4 years (48 months). Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/ hampshire, and complete and submit the Part B Return Document and the Pricing Schedule (Return Document 2), together with any supporting information requested, by 14:00 on Tuesday, 2.4.2019. To supply brooms, brushes and dust pans, in cased/palletised quantities to Central Buying Consortium warehouses. To supply buckets, mop buckets and washing up bowls, in cased/palletised quantities to Central Buying Consortium warehouses. To supply mops, mop sweepers and v sweepers, in cased/palletised quantities to Central Buying Consortium warehouses. To supply cleaning cloths, in cased/palletised quantities to Central Buying Consortium warehouses. To supply cleaning sponges, sponge scourers and scour pads, in cased/palletised quantities to Central Buying Consortium warehouses. To supply floor care machine pads, in cased/palletised quantities to Central Buying Consortium warehouses. To supply general cleaning sundries, including indoor bins, in cased/palletised quantities to Central Buying Consortium warehouses.
