Tender description

The procurement of Brandwatch is a powerful engagement platform which will help Leeds City Council and the communications team. Procuring a social listening platform will pull social data from millions of different sources from news articles to blog posts to tweets and Instagram pictures along with the tools to analyse and understand data to shape and inform communications activity and policy decisions. This will improve engagement and consultation with our residents making us more agile to respond.
