Tender description
This Framework Agreement is for the provision of architecture services in relation to the development of an estates strategy, the design and planning of new buildings and the adaptation/extension of existing facilities, and the overall management of the estate. The Framework Agreement is not intended to specifically provide for the services of any of the following construction-related experts: project managers, building surveyors, quantity surveyors, building services engineers, structural engineers, or CDM coordinators except where they may perform duties in relation to the services. The framework is broken into 5 lots: Lot 1: North West; Lot 2: North East Central; Lot 3: West Midlands East; Lot 4: South West; Lot 5: South East. Please refer to Section V: Award of contract for information relating to the awarded group of contractors. The initial estimated total value of the contract is 50 000 000,00 GBP which has been averagely proportioned across each of the 5 lots.
