Tender description

Delivery of water efficiency advice and water efficiency packs to customers all over Scotland. The water saving packs project requires a partner organisation to deliver the water efficiency advice and packs at scale to Scottish Water customers all over Scotland. It is also essential that there is a responsible person at this organisation to coordinate the delivery and ensures consistency of the advice and packs within or by the organisation. The specific requirements of the supplier include: — access to a network of energy advisors across Scotland that will be able to engage with many thousands of householders every year, — capability to engage with householders through a variety of mediums, which include: —— in person at events, —— on the phone through inbound and outbound calls, —— processing web or email requests for water saving pa cks, —— delivery of school presentations and engaging children on water efficiency, —— delivery of water efficiency advice through presentations/workshops through other agencies, including CCF groups, other community groups and at employee events, — marketing capability, which must include: —— ability to make minor changes to core marketing materials in-house, —— arrange printing and bulk delivery of marketing materials at short notice, —— deliver digital campaign collateral, including email and social media material, — operational management support, including quality management, data management and database development and management, — project management support, including reporting and partnership development.
