Tender description

Installation of sprinkler, fire alarm and emergency lighting installations in three regions across the North West, Midlands and Eastern. Tenders are invited for the installation of sprinkler, fire alarm and emergency lighting installations to the Sanctuary Group ("The Group") and will be open to all organisations that make up The Group currently and during the term of the Contract. Sanctuary Group is a trading name of Sanctuary Housing Association, an exempt charity. The locations within the contract are within the North West, Midlands and East regions and consequently the contract is split into the following four lots: • Lot 1 - Chester - nine blocks across three sites • Lot 2 - Wolverhampton - one block • Lot 3 - Addenbrook, Cambridge - one block • Lot 4 - Stafford and Sutton Coldfield - three blocks The Group's detailed requirements can be found in the detailed Employer's Requirements documents available in ProContract.
