Description of services • SCDC is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Surveying practice to act as a Monitoring Surveyor for a development it is considering investing in known as • Cambourne High Street Scope of service. • The service required under this contract is as set out below up to Completion • Additional services post completion may be required, and a separate quotation is required for these services which may form an extension to this contract at a future date: • Technical due diligence • Financial close/contract completion • Construction phase: Commencement • Construction phase (monthly) • Completion & Exit : https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=52d0b325-89ff-e811-80f0-005056b64545&fromAdvertEvent=True
