Provision of Security Services - Car Park and Cemetery Locking/Unlocking and a Gatekeeper

Tender description

Ashford Borough Council (ABC) is looking to appoint a security service provider with a proven track record to carry out various duties in a diligent and timely manner upholding the professional reputation of the council. Duties are Monday to Sunday and will include but are not limited to: gate opening/closing at various council properties including a multi-storey car park, open car parks, cemeteries and gardens, provision of town centre gatekeeper and release of locked-in vehicles. Multiple locations may require attendance at any one time and therefore it is essential that resources permit this activity. Tenders are invited for an initial contract period of 3 years with the possibility of extending by 1 year with a possible extension of a further 1 year making a total of 5 years.
