Tender description

ESPO is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of suppliers for the provision of library services and self-service technology. The framework will cover a range of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, Open Library technology and Library Management Systems (LMS) services including: — installation, — tagging, — service, — support, — maintenance and additional associated services to include but not limited to project management, on-site supervision, quality control and customer training. This lot requires suppliers to supply, install, commission, service, support and maintain equipment for self-service terminals using RFID technologies and open library technology in libraries. Suppliers must provide either a supplier hosted or client hosted library management system that will keep a record of all activity and transactions which occur within the library. Also provided should be any associated hosted hardware, installation, maintenance and training.
