Tender description

NI Water intend to appoint a single contractor to provide Occupational Health services to its employees. It anticipated that the contractor would be able to supply a mobile service to accommodate the dispersed workforce of NI Water employees throughout Northern Ireland. The services required include, but are not limited to: — telephone advice, — employment referrals, — attendance management, — case conferences, — ill health retirement advice, — pre-appointment assessments, — fitness for task and safety critical work assessments, — health surveillance and monitoring, — health screening, — provision of flu vaccinations, — physiotherapy services, — workplace assessments and adjustments, — hearing and sight loss assessments and adjustments, — dyslexia assessments, — consultancy services and advice on temporary injury at work applications.
