Tender description

SPS is looking to appoint a supplier to provide planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to Watermist Systems installed at various SPS sites. The services include planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for Fogex Watermist Systems across 4 sites. Fogex systems are currently installed at HMP Glenochil, HMP and YOI Polmont, HMP Edinburgh and HMP Shotts. SPS intend to award a 3-year contract with an option of a 2-year extension. The services include planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for Hydramist Watermist Systems across 3 sites. Hydramist systems are currently installed at HMP Grampian, HMP Edinburgh and HMP Perth. SPS intend to award a 3-year contract with an option of a 2-year extension. The services include planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for Ultrafog and Semco Watermist Systems across 3 sites. An Ultrafog system is currently installed at HMP Low Moss and and a Semco system is installed at HMP Perth. There is an additional system installed at HMP and YOI Cornton Vale. SPS intend to award a 3-year contract with an option of a 2-year extension.
