Event Management Services for London Fashion Weeks and London Showrooms Events

Tender description

The British Fashion Council (BFC) is providing event management services, data collection and reporting production services to the Department for International Trade (DIT). The BFC will run their London Fashion Week (LFW) and London Fashion Week Mens (LWFM) Events throughout the 18/19 season. They will also run London Showrooms events in France and China. At these events, the BFC will provide event management services, including organising participants and arranging meetings for UK Designers and International Buyers. The BFC will provide DIT branded content will appear on event materials and documentation. The BFC will collect data on attendees (compliantly) and use this to record and measure Export Wins in the Fashion Sector. The BFC owns these events and thus single tender action was the only route to market.
