Tender description

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver a multiple contractor framework agreement to maximise the collection of debts. The scope of service will comprise of but may not be limited to the collection of road traffic debts (parking/bus lane fines), the non-payment of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) and the service of documents and any such other debts as and when the authority requires. The opportunity has been split into two lots and each lot will be evaluated separately, suppliers may bid for one or both lots. Lot 1 Road Traffic Debts (Parking/Bus Lane) Lot 2 Local Taxation including Non Domestic Rates The framework agreement will be for 4 years and the Councils call off from the framework will be for the same period. Suppliers should note that once awarded the framework will also be accessible to members of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership (HIOWPP).
