Tender description

This tender is for a complete apprenticeship managed service across a National Multi Academy Trust. The opportunities created by the introduction of the levy from April 2017 have prompted Star to review its approach to this aspect of workforce development. Therefore, it is our intention to use the levy to develop and extend our existing apprenticeship programme. This will sit alongside a more strategic approach to qualifying our existing employees including graduates where appropriate, via apprenticeship standards. This tender is for a complete apprenticeship managed service across a National Multi Academy Trust. The Service will deliver end to end apprenticeship provision, taking responsibility from elements of recruitment through to end point assessment of the qualifications. The provider should be able to develop bespoke Apprenticeship Programme that aligns to Star’s vision and values and is embedded in our professional development programme that underpins our strategic objectives.
