Tender description

This contract is to provide a disagreement resolution service, mediation advice and a mediation service for children and young people aged 0 – 25 years, with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and their families. Disagreement resolution services are available to parent/carers and young people for disagreements about any aspect of SEND provision. Mediation advice and mediation services are for parent/carers and young people with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and/or plan, who are considering lodging an appeal to tribunal.
