Greater Manchester Police would like to hear from suppliers willing to share information about their approach to the provision of a data intelligence gathering software tool: 1) Gauge the likely level of interest in the project from the market; 2) Better understand what solutions and services are available in the market; 3) Explore how the options could be supplied; 4) Consider the likely costs; and 5) Determine the most effective way of packaging and scoping its requirements for any future procurement opportunity. This PIN has been issued in order to advertise this engagement exercise to the open market and seek expressions of interest from suppliers that wish to take part in the pre-market engagement exercise and to present to the Greater Manchester Police project team to help us understand the marketplace in more detail.
