Tender description

The contracting entity may wish to appoint a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of data services in the following areas: — Data Engineer — Maximo/SQL (10+ years experience required): experienced in development of system solutions and establishment of robust system to collect, receive, review and upload survey data to Maximo, — Mid-level data scientist — Maximo/SQL (5+ years experience required): experience in development/maintenance of asset data capture software on remote handheld device, demonstrates ability to liaise with contractors, — Junior Data scientist (x3) — Maximo/SQL (1+ years experience required): maintenance of systems, review of incoming data, uploads to Maximo. As per the PIN notice document. The contracting entity may wish to appoint a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of data services in the following areas: — Data Engineer — Maximo/SQL (10+ years experience required), experienced in development of system solutions and establishment of robust system to collect, receive, review and upload survey data to Maximo, — Mid-level data scientist — Maximo/SQL (5+ years experience required), experience in development/maintenance of asset data capture software on remote handheld device, demonstrates ability to liaise with contractors, — Junior Data scientist (x3) — Maximo/SQL (1+ years experience required), maintenance of systems, review of incoming data, uploads to Maximo. — Project Manager: coordinating the development of the business intelligence function in Power BI, liaise with stakeholders. — Specialist Project Manager: extensive knowledge of the water industry, experience managing large contracts from a financial perspective. — Business Analysts: liaise with the business to define the requirements from this Business Intelligence objective, development of a data dictionary. — Data Modellers: construct a dimensional data model connecting the wide array of data from across Irish Water. — Data Analysts: utilise the data model to create dashboards, analyses and reports according to the requirements defined by the business analysts. — Graphic Designers (Power BI): provide a consistent look and feel across all output. — Business and Solutions Analyst: gather and document business requirements and specifications, create process maps and wireframe/demo applications, carry out impact assessments for proposed applications, carry out data quality analysis, manage issues within the mobile survey project.
