For the avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition — this is to initiate a market engagement/soft market testing process. Staffordshire County Council would like to hear from counselling and psychology providers that can work with our workforce to provide early intervention support that will assist our employees when they experience mental wellbeing concerns. As we know that early help can make all the difference to assist employees to maximise their mental wellbeing and support them to remain in work and/or return to work as soon as possible. The Council operates a service called ThinkWell Service that provides a range of specialist services to the workforce and to support managers with regard to the mental wellbeing of the workforce. Part of this service is the provision of a range of counselling and psychological wellbeing professional interventions for employees. For the avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition — this is to initiate a market engagement/soft market testing process. Self and management referrals are passed onto a provider by email for triage assessment. For the avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition — this is to initiate a market engagement/soft market testing process. The ThinkWell Service can be accessed either on a self-referral basis with no management reports, or with consent of the employee on a management referral basis.
