Tender description

Since 2015 the agency has been running 2 separate and distinct service towers with separate commercial agreements: — service desk, — end user device support. These are currently serviced separately but by a single supplier. The current contracts for the above services expires end of day 13.12.2018. Replacement commercial coverage is required to ensure continuity of service however the the agency is changing the model slightly by moving to a single service tower which performs both service desk and End user device Support functions covering both MHRA and NIBSC. The new contract will see the merging of the 2 separate services into a single service tower, covered by a single commercial contract. The new service tower is simply named “End User Support Service Tower” (EUSST). Single service tower which performs both Service Desk and End User Device Support functions covering both MHRA and NIBSC.
