Tender description

Lancashire County Developments (Property) Ltd (LCDL) is a company limited by guarantee which is wholly owned by Lancashire County Council and forms part of the economic development service. As part of its operations LCDL provides accommodation solutions for businesses at White Cross Business Park, Lancaster; a commercially run estate administering a service charge to enable the delivery of various services for the benefit of all tenants on site. One of the services provided is the cleaning of communal areas covering the corridors, stairs, toilets and kitchens of multi-let buildings. This tender is for the cleaning of the aforementioned communal areas at White Cross. The tender is being run by Lancashire County Council and can be accessed via the Council's Oracle tendering portal via the sourcing module. Please note that there will be a date allocated for tenderers to attend a site visit to view the communal areas that require cleaning. Details on the tendering portal. TUPE employment information will be made available to potential tenderers who complete and return a confidentiality agreement (available on the tendering portal).
