Tender description
Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of a Framework Agreement for refurbishment of void properties within the Council’s housing stock of approximately 3500 properties. The Council deals with circa 250 void housing properties per annum. Void works for North Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the coast) 8 001 GBP to 50 000 GBP. Void works for South Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the south) up to 8 000 GBP. Void works for South Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the south) 8 001 GBP to 50 000 GBP. Void works for North Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the coast) Up to 8 000 GBP.
