Tender description

The Museum of London is seeking an Estate Maintenance provider for services including: planned and reactive maintenance; repair and operation of building services (including environmental control) and equipment; limited fabric maintenance; energy management; help desk provision; CAFM provision; and potentially limited project management services; as described in the contract documents. Key services incorporate public health, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems as contained within this contract across 3 sites. The Museum of London is seeking a Estates Maintenance provider for the planned and reactive maintenance, repair and operation of building services, equipment and engineering services, limited fabric maintenance, energy management, and help desk, etc. as described in the contract documents. Services will incorporate the public health, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems contained within this contract across 3 sites. There may be further opportunities to provide project management services.
