Network Rail is looking to gain a better understanding of the Audit market and advisory services in the following areas: — internal audit reviews, advisory projects and specialist audit support, — HSE audit reviews and advisory work, — large capital programme audit reviews and advisory work, — business integrity investigations support including forensic accounting, forensic technology and anti-fraud advisory services, — enterprise risk management and business continuity management support. Network Rail is undertaking preliminary market engagement regarding this requirement in the form of this PIN and an associated questionnaire. This PIN is issued solely for the purposes of preliminary market engagement and this is not a call for competition. Any competition will be advertised at a later date via a separate notice.
