Tender description

DoF property services division wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for window cleaning services for the bodies listed at https://www.finance-ni.gov.uk/publications/list-public-bodies-which-can-participate-cpd-collaborative-frameworks. The client is not obliged to procure services exclusively from this Framework Agreement. This is a 4 year Framework Agreement. A single Contractor will be awarded for each lot. Tenderers are free to tender for any combination of lots. There is no restriction on the number of lots awarded to an individual tenderer. The window cleaning service will cover a range of services including but not limited to: — outside of windows and glazing, — internal windows (high and low level), — window sills, frames and door frames, — glass doors, — ceiling windows and lights, — fly screens and guards, — internal glass walls, stairs, partitions and doors, — hatches, — counter screens, — skylights, — curtain walling used in any location throughout the buildings.
