Wolverhampton Homes (The Client), an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO), requires an established and competent Contractor (The Contractor) to provide roofing repairs and maintenance services to both void and occupied properties throughout the City of Wolverhampton. To provide roofing repairs and maintenance services on a responsive basis as and when required. To support the activities of the In-House Team by providing a fully integrated and flexible service that is seamless from the customer's perspective and that ensures that value for money is achieved. Works will include roofing repairs and maintenance services for the repairs service, works carried out by building solutions teams and void repairs.
