Wolverhampton Homes (The Client), an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO), requires an established and competent Contractor (The Contractor) to provide specialist repairs and maintenance to doors and windows in both void and occupied properties throughout the City of Wolverhampton. To provide specialist fitting services on a responsive basis as and when required. To support the activities of the In-House Team by providing a fully integrated and flexible service that is seamless from the customer's perspective and that ensures that value for money is achieved. Works will include specialist fitting services for the repairs service, works carried out by the projects teams and void repairs.
