Tender description

The Councils are seeking to work collaboratively on a new contract for satellite tracking system for their respective vehicle fleets. This expression of interest is being issued to invite potential suppliers to attend a pre procurement engagement event on 28th February in Exeter. Involvement in this event will not guarantee any future business and everything discussed will be recorded and shared as part of the tender process if we decide to go to market. Only the first 6 suppliers who express an interest will be invited to attend the event. However, if we proceed to market, that will be an open opportunity which will be advertised in a compliant manner and open to all interested suppliers, regardless of whether they were in attendance at the event.
