Tender description

To provide a commercial booking system for our student and key worker accommodation. The purpose of this project is to source a new IT system provider for our student and key worker portfolio. Our top level key requirements are: — clear, flexible and intuitive interface: must be easy to use with the ability to customise the layout for the individual user’s requirements, — dashboard: a dashboard view for instant monitoring and reporting of relevant alerts, — web based: having a web based solution reduces the complexity of having to install client software on each machine. Must support and render on multiple browsers, — customisation: to meet the individual needs of sites, — configuration of existing fields: the ability to customise existing fields and status, — custom fields: the ability to add our own custom fields and set rules, — self-service portal: a web based portal for customers to apply for services online, add updates and check the progress of their request, — integration to MISIS (Middlesex Integrated Student Information System — Ellucian Banner): 2-way integration to allow transfer of student information.
